A cross between a motorcycle, a Segway and 'Star Wars'

Meet the Uno. The Uno's custom hoops aren't front and rear like a motorcycle's, but side by side and inches apart under the rider, rising and falling independently over the road as he leans the gyroscope-stabilized machine through effortless turns.

What is a Business Coach?

Coaching itself is the process of diagnosing the condition of a business and its owner, prescribing a course of action, and coaching the business owner into victory. This requires defining what victory means. Now we both have the vision for victory. The coach's job is to facilitate change.

As a Strategist, I help the business owner and/or managers dig down into the vision and mission of the organization, and design systems for success that "walk out" the plan of action prescribed in the coaching phase through defined processes with key indicators to measure and track. The strategist's job is to create the system for that change.

As a Consultant, I can step into the plan of action and provide tactical implementation in the form of Publicity, Marketing, Sales Management, and Quality Management (Business Management). The consultant's job is to produce the outcomes that achieve that change.

It's an inter-dependent three column support system.

Happy January!

Isn't this an exciting time of the year? It's like "pre-Spring" where everything feels new, we're all in the mood to Plan, Set Goals, and be optimistic.

Being accused of being an optimist, its something I'm accustomed to.

In spite of the flurry of activity right now, I'm really feeling that almost buzzy optimism. My BNI chapter is so supportive, its so different making a big change surrounded by encouragement, support, and systems for success. Yesterday I made the announcement: Christy Shore: Coach, Strategist, Consultant is the official new "What I'm known by at BNI".

So my anniversary next year will really fall across Two Key Dates: January 1st, and January 9th.

Logo Design Rates and Prices of logo designers - How much should you pay for a logo design?

Written by Curtis D. Tucker

{short feed - you should read the entire rant - great logo design speech}

Pricing a logo

This logo information page was inspired by the absolute confusion I see when it comes to online logo creation. I've searched dozens of logo web pages and have found that there is no consistency and more confusion than information. This page is strictly about the creation of the logo alone, no stationary package or implementation guidelines would be included.

I feel the price of a logo should be based on three criteria:
1. Experience of the logo designer
2. Size & budget of the company using the logo
3. Scope and length of the logo usage

I use the three criteria above assuming that the logo design is a standard type of logo. One other factor might come into play if a client were to request a very detailed and complicated logo design that bordered on being a technical illustration. You would have to factor in the extra time to create this type of design.

[Next] are my further thoughts on the subject and a guide as to what you should look for in an online logo designer.
